MarginBolt is workflow software for contractor teams to track open estimates, change orders, and overdue invoices.

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, organization), the estimate, change-order, and invoice records you enter or import, and basic usage analytics via Google Analytics. Payment is processed by Stripe; MarginBolt does not store your full card number.

How we use it

To operate your account, process billing through Stripe, send transactional email (receipts, alerts on your action queue), and improve the product using aggregate usage data.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run MarginBolt for you: Stripe for payment processing and Google Analytics for usage measurement. We do not sell your data.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. Email hello@marginbolt.com to request export or deletion.
